Since Our Beginning in 1973. . .
for the south Fulton county Tri-cities area, we keep members up to date about current matters and legislature that affects Georgia’s retired educators.
SFREA will be celebrating its Golden Anniversary with 50 years of service next year in 2023!!
Our local organization SFREA, meets 6 times during the school year (often during lunch) providing fellowship, support, information, and community service volunteer opportunities.
Local Tours to nearby places are scheduled during the year and a Christmas Holiday Party or other Special Events such as observing Ga. Retired Educators Day in November.
We oftentimes pair with one of our area schools to offer support at their event.
We offer our graduating senior scholarship only to youth in the south Fulton county area schools.
